Earth Day Virtual Celebration, April 22 7 p.m.

Friends and travelers of the Journey to Sustainability:

You are invited to join us in a special Earth Day virtual celebration on Wed. April 22 at 7 p.m. to view the 16 minute documentary “Friendly Guide to Climate Change” covering topics like:

  • What is the problem
  • Why is it bad
  • What’s causing it
  • Why is CO2 increasing
  • Why it’s accelerating
  • Where are all the greenhouse gases coming from
  • Clea electricity
  • Clean transport
  • Other solutions
  • Living Standard
  • Agriculture
  • What can you do
  • Examples

Our evening will end with a discussion of what we can do and identify topics for future exploration.

We shall be using the Zoom conferencing format, and participants will need to have a laptop/computer/tablet to watch the presentation and take part in the discussion.
