Our newsletter, the REAL Update, is produced five times a year. Members may choose to have their copy e-mailed or have a print version sent via Canada Post. Print versions are also available in public locations throughout our area.

Submissions to the newsletter or suggestions for stories are welcome. Copy deadline is the 15th of the month prior to publication date. E.g. For the February issue, submissions are required by January 15, for the September issue, copy is needed by August 15.
