The Evergreen Avenue Committee is hosting a commemoration at the Smiths Falls Legion on Sunday June 22, from 1:30 – 3:00.  This annual event is to recognize the people for whom granite stones have been placed along Evergreen Avenue at Victoria Park.  Two veterans and two community builders will be honoured this year.  REAL will also be presenting some environmental awards to deserving people in our area.
