Joyce Hostyn believes we can transform our cities one garden, one neighbourhood, one Little Forest  at a time. Joyce is a rewilder who dreams of wild yards, green streets, and wild parks. Joyce is co-founder of Little Forests Kingston, a member of 1000 Islands Master Gardeners and an adjunct professor at Queen’s University in the Master of Earth and Energy Resources Leadership program.  Joyce works with groups to co-design resilient, ecological, vibrant landscapes that reflect the spirit of place. Her design palette includes layered plant communities, native plants, natural materials, edibles and the soil food web. Any day she gets her hands dirty either on the land or in the kitchen is a magical day.
