Your used stamps can help Oxfam Canada raise funds to stamp out poverty!  The program will gladly accept foreign stamps, Canadian stamps and commemorative stamps.  Just deposit them in the collection can near the cash at the REAL Deal Store.  You can donate the entire envelope if there are clearly identifiable town/village postmarks or registered/special delivery postmarks.  A REAL volunteer will make sure the stamps get to Oxfam’s Ottawa office.   If you have an entire stamp collection to donate, please contact OXFAM directly.

Oxfam volunteers sort and sell the stamps to collectors.  Last year they raised nearly $30,000 for their COVID-19 response around the world. Oxfam’s mission is to build lasting solutions to poverty and injustice with a focus on improving the lives and promoting the rights of women and girls.
